Returns/Exchanges

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@supremerangehoods.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Returns:

Supreme Range Hoods is committed to making you happy before, during and after every purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your merchandise, we will either process a return or set up an exchange for you within 30 days (exceptions stated below).

All returned or exchanged items should be in the same condition they were received and should include all items from the original package. Items that are worn or damaged may incur a restocking fee or such return or exchange may be rejected based on condition.

Returns as easy as 1-2-3

Step 1
Log in or go to your account to access the order and select the items you want to return. Items must be in their original packaging and condition.
Step 2
Print your return shipping label and attach it to your original box or any cardboard shipping box. Remove old shipping labels or mark out the original tracking numbers.
Drop your box off at any authorized UPS Shipping Center. We recommend that you return items via UPS insured.
